Trent Maynard

Trent Maynard is Director of Product & Engineering at Global Shop Solutions, where he leads all product and engineering for the organization. He's held the role for six years after starting with the company as an implementation consultant a decade ago. His background is in mechanical and manufacturing engineering, and he spent time doing custom software development before fully transitioning into product and engineering leadership. That mix of experiences gives him a practical, customer-informed perspective on building software. He's hands-on, loves tackling hard problems, and is always looking for ways to improve how his team works. The test automation effort covered in this session is something he championed and led from day one.
