Joseph Hurley has spent more than two decades at the intersection of technology and the disciplined practice of delivering it – beginning as a software developer and moving through senior consulting and solution- architecture roles spanning IT service management, asset management, discovery and configuration data, and enterprise API and automation strategy. His career has centered on a single recurring question: how organizations turn the raw output of technology into something the business can actually trust and rely upon.

He is the author of a body of thought-leadership work on knowledge, service, and quality in IT – including "From Gatekeeper to Architect: The QE Engineer in a Post-AI World," which named the Quality Experience Layer, and "The Hidden Cost of Bringing AI to Your Testing Stack."  He has presented at industry forums, holds certifications across IT Service and Asset Management.
