Greg Hodgkinson is CTO and Head of R&D and Innovation at Prolifics, where he is helping enterprises reinvent how value gets delivered in the age of AI.
He established and grew the Prolifics Innovation Center into the leading edge of the business — building it into an engine for AI-first enterprise transformation. His work focuses on how AI agents, intelligent automation, and AI-enabled engineering are reshaping the way organizations modernize systems, accelerate delivery, and create competitive advantage.
Greg leads initiatives spanning agentic enterprise architectures, AI-powered modernization factories, engineering acceleration platforms, and next-generation delivery models designed to dramatically improve speed, quality, and business agility. He works with global enterprises across industries to modernize legacy estates, unlock enterprise data for AI, and create practical pathways toward AI-transformed value streams.
Known for turning emerging technology into practical execution, Greg has a track record of building high-impact teams, innovation programs, and enterprise platforms that convert disruptive ideas into scalable business capability and measurable outcomes.
With more than 30 years of experience in enterprise technology and digital transformation, Greg has worked across every major shift in enterprise architecture from distributed systems and SOA through cloud, DevOps, and now AI-first operating models. Before joining Prolifics through the acquisition of 7irene, a UK-based SOA platform company he co-founded, he built products focused on enterprise integration, distributed runtime platforms, and collaborative engineering. He holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Mathematics and Computer Science.
