Ripple Effects of CI

Add to calendar

Modernizing a product’s release processes using continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) is quite the challenge. But we do not have to think of it as an all-or-nothing game; there are many wins along the way that can provide value before the full vision is achieved. Nadia Chaouch will uncover some of the ripple effects of bringing a CI roadmap into the organization. She'll cover an introduction of containerization, tool scaling, increased telemetry, and changing the team’s mindset as some of the improvements you can accomplish that will have short- and long-term benefits. You will gain a better understanding of what CI is and how QA can work with the engineering team to define and execute this vision. Ultimately, understanding the ripple effects of CI will help you prioritize, value, and promote your work to management.
