Aligning Whole Team Quality with the UX Honeycomb

Agile requires the whole team to take ownership of quality and have a shared understanding of what is "good enough". However, few teams spend time determining what matters most to their customers and developing a shared understanding of what their customers value. By making use of the User Experience Honeycomb, designed in 2004 by Peter Moreville, teams can develop a shared visual vocabulary to identify what matters most to their customers. In this talk Jenna Charlton will share strategies that are designed to create consensus in agile delivery teams and that will help you keep the focus on what matters most.
